Chad Williams
Chad has been involved in with the Internet since 1995. His passion is to deliver results. Chad cut his teeth growing a Web ministry from a few visitors each month to millions of page views and significant revenue to the ministry. When he’s not helping clients, you might find him rolling on the floor with one or more of his seven kids, reading and pondering God’s word, or rooting for Nebraska Cornhusker football. Nathan Ho
Nathan is our Technical Director, and has been intrigued with computers ever since he burnt his finger on the internal circuitry of his Tandy TRS-80 Color computer. After taking a few programming classes in high school, he went on to earn a degree in Computer Information Systems from Cedarville College. During his time at Cedarville, he built his first personal web page - and his life has never been the same. After several computer Network Administration jobs, he then went on to be the Internet Ministries Coordinator for the International Headquarters of Child Evangelism Fellowship, and later spent several years as Internet Technology support for the Gospelcom.net Alliance. With a wide array of experience in the various aspects of the Internet, Nathan now loves to spend his time figuring out intricate programming puzzles for clients. On those rare occasions when he's not by his computer, you will probably find him out with friends, playing his guitar and singing, or lost deep in the pages of a good book.
John Schwartz
John serves as Account Executive for 5Q Communications managing relationships and projects for our awesome clients. He understands a broad range of web and marketing
related skills with 10 years of experience building web teams and
projects for non-profits and ministries. John is married to Christy and
currently has six children and lives in the Pacific
Northwest. He loves to keep bees, raise kids, fish, hunt, garden, and sing/play music.
Heath Gerlock
Heath is a Website Designer and Project Lead for 5Q Communications. Whether assembling specs, wrestling with markup, programming templates, creating training videos, or laboring in Photoshop Heath is deeply passionate about the details. The most familiar phrase he hears is, "You have a great radio voice." Heath has been married to Leonora for 6+ years. They have one daughter and live in rural Iowa. Heath enjoys spending time with his family, creating music on guitar to glorify God, gardening, and generally working with his hands. Heath enjoys serving the body of Christ through leading Sunday Morning worship, heading up music at AWANAs, and teaching a children's Sunday School class with his wife.
Bryan VanHaitsma
Bryan is a project lead for more than six 5Q Scorecard clients. He uses his organizational and follow-through skills to gather and mobilize 5Q staff and resources to meet the on-going needs of ministries and organizations that 5Q partners with. He also likes to spend time running, hiking, tossing a frisbee (ultimate or disc golf), studying Hebrew and learning more about God. He and his wife, Erika, live in West Michigan (and sometimes in Jerusalem, Israel).
Brian Tol
Brian makes a great pot of coffee, which is a handy skill to have when you're programmer like Brian. He's been building caffeine-powered (and award-winning) websites for over 8 years -- mostly for awesome non-profits and educational institutions like Gospel Communications, That The World May Know Ministries, and Spring Arbor University -- to name a few. A graduate of Calvin College, Brian holds degree in computer science, and worked as a strategist, marketer, bean counter, and project manager before returning to his first love of software development at 5Q. When not drinking java or writing Java, Brian can be found hanging with his more-talented wife Amy and their wonderful two-year-old, Noah.
Amy Campbell
Amy is a Sales Representative for 5Q and enjoys building relationships with prospective clients. A native Oregonian, Amy has been married to Rick for 18 years. They have three teenage daughters and are loving this stage of life. Amy takes pleasure in curling up with a good book, singing, playing games with the family, finding a bargain, and anything chocolate.
Eric Brown
Eric Brown serves as an account executive for 5Q. He has over 20 years
experience in graphic design, illustration, production, and leadership. Along
with 14 years experience in interactive design, Eric also has over 9
years experience in instructional design, knowledge management, and CBT/WBT
strategy and development. Prior to 5Q Eric was a consultant with TiER1
Performance Solutions and before that served at In Touch Ministries
overseeing online discipleship and multiple Web brands. Eric loves to
spend as much time as he can with his family. His other interests include
reading, cooking, and art. He was a founding board member of a non-profit
charity, Homeless Children International and has been an active charter
member of North Point Community Church where he serves in numerous
leadership and volunteer positions.
Joyce Link
Joyce is taking on the role of Administrative Assistant at 5Q after 30 delightful years in the classroom serving young children. She and her husband, Emerson, a retired health care adminstrator, live in Atlantic where Emerson now teaches at the community college. They have 3 grown children and 5 growing grandchildren from 16 years down to the two year old twins. Their fat-cat, Misha, is the only one at home with them now. Aside from spending time with Em, Joyce loves to read, quilt, knit, being a grandma, and spend time ministering any way God allows her to.
Alex Robbins
Alex is a Web developer for 5Q Communications. After graduating from college, Alex spent the next three years serving on the Web team of an international missions organization. Now at 5Q, Alex loves tackling challenges and using his technical skills to further the Kingdom of God. When he's not working on the Web, Alex loves spending time with his wife, Sally, and his dog, a Boston Terrier named Enoch. He also enjoys math, reading and learning, and playing board games with friends.
Dustin Dahlberg
A web designer for 5Q, Dustin began his web career as an in-house graphic designer in 2006 for Phoenix Web Group, a local software company. At PWG, he designed everything from the company t-shirt to the logos, and websites for many of their products. Dustin received his Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from the University of Nebraska, with a focus on graphic design and painting. Dustin's desire is to serve the Church and Christ in all his creative endeavors. His free time is spent reading, playing video games and hanging out with friends and family.
Georgia Joseph
Georgia has been “wired” since 1998 and is so very proud to be the mother a child whose first two words were “got mail.” She serves as the Production Manager at 5Q, which allows her to indulge her dual obsessions for smoothly running systems and “knock-your-socks-off” websites. A graduate of Biola University, she holds a degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. Georgia is passionate about the web’s potential to bring the hope of the gospel to the four corners of the world; and has served on short-term teams to the Democratic Republic of Congo, China, and Sudan – where she learned you can go further into Africa, but not deeper. Georgia has been married to Bobb for 27 years and has three delightfully quirky children. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, reading, photography, and reading.
Tiff Pua
Tiff serves as a Project Manager at 5Q, bringing a love for
organization, details, and quality assurance to projects and
client interactions. She also brings extensive, award-winning
live television and video production experience to her
interactive work, spending the early part of her career as a
newscast director. Whether it's writing scripts or agendas,
editing HTML or videos, or just communicating with the team or
clients, Tiff's communications skills are the heart of what
makes her tick. Tiff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication
Arts from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, and a
Master of Arts in Broadcast and Electronic Communication from
Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In her "free
time", she loves to cantor or play the handbells at church,
read, and volunteer with multiple charitable organizations.
Gonzalo Delgado
A sysadmin turned into web developer, Gonzalo is all for high-quality code and user experience.
His server administration background gave him extensive
knowledge on all the technology involved in web site building,
and highly developed problem-solving skills.
He spends his free time in the kitchen making tasty
experiments, enjoying a good movie with his friends or family
or participating in the local free software community.
Brian Glass
Brian is a web developer for 5Q. He has been developing software professionally since the early '90s. Brian spent the last year job-hopping from failing newspaper to failing newspaper. Prior to that he worked twelve years for the American Mathematical Society developing web applications. In addition to programming for his various employers, Brian has often acted in a volunteer capacity as IT manager and/or web developer for his various home churches. He has been known to dabble in design when necessary. When he is not writing code or reading about code (a rare occurrence) he can be found spending time with his family or reading Christian classics on church history, theology, or spirituality. Brian is happily married and has 3 kids. Brian enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking or skiing. Brian lives in Florida.
Matias Bordese
Matias is an experienced Python and web developer. He loves working
with Free/Open Source technologies and being able to
contribute to them. In fact, he has several personal projects and
contributions to open source projects. He also enjoys trying new
technologies and learning something new everyday. Matias spends his
free time with friends, reading or playing soccer.
